The word more than the absolute image, is by its nature symbolic and totally impossible to be perceived as a signifier, however, this one, reserves a sort of ambiguity that could be defined as modelable, adaptable to our most intimate circumstances.

La parola più che l’immagine assoluta, è per sua natura simbolica e del tutto impossibile da percepire come significante, tuttavia, questa, riserva una sorta di ambiguità che potremmo definire modellabile, adattabile alle nostre circostanze più intime.

The Biroscapes have the particularity of being drawn only with a ballpoint pen, on cardboard in A6 format, of representing the path of the signs, and to be watched, a space, real or unreal, but abstract and devoid of any symbolic interpretation.

I Biroscapes hanno la particolarità di essere disegnati solo con penna a sfera, su cartoncino in formato A6, di rappresentare la storia del percorso dei segni e per essere guardato, uno spazio, reale o irreale, ma astratto e privo di ogni interpretazione simbolica.

The night has this extraordinary intensity of grays, that characterizes it. Especially in the countryside, in the still privileged points, where no electric light stands between us and the infinite.

Born during a live session, this series defines my understanding of the very nature of painting as documentation of the very nature of time.
Linked to the need for constriction of the live session, the construction of the images takes place in a precise temporal sequence and constitutes the work of art regardless of the number of sheets.
The whole session is a unique work and testimony of the formal act because it is documented and therefore interpretable in its expressive technical development.

During the quarantine more than ever I thought about suspended time, trying to transfigure it into the vision regarding the enjoyment of a non-negative but surprising and wonderful natural event.
The choice fell on the glow that refers to the perennial, disarming human condition and helpless when faced with natural events.

In the era of the impossibility of the representation of painting, significantly, the function of the artist coincides with the privileged space of the fruition of the work.
The author is alone and sacrifices himself as the only witness of what happens and will never happen again.
The bequest is a decorative system that can be hardly interpreted and resolved by the viewer.
No longer the representation of deconstruction but the result of a construction.
This construction is the only possible work of art, not already relegated to the rank of performance but a testament to the technique, and not with it
The making becomes the modern archetype, beyond any meaning.
The only contemporary art.

Nell’era dell’impossibilità della rappresentazione della pittura, significativamente, la funzione dell’artista coincide con lo spazio privilegiato della fruizione dell’opera.
L’autore è solo e si sacrifica come unico testimone di ciò che accade e non accadrà mai più.
Il lascito è un sistema decorativo che difficilmente può essere interpretato e risolto dallo spettatore.
Non più la rappresentazione della decostruzione ma il risultato di una costruzione.
Questa costruzione è l’unica possibile opera d’arte, non già relegata al rango di performance ma a testimonianza della tecnica, e non con essa
Il fare diventa l’archetipo moderno, oltre ogni significato.
L’unica arte contemporanea.
